How your clients book
The client opens your website on their phone. They pick a service — for example „lash refill" or „men's haircut + beard". They see the list of your team with names and photos: „Joanna", „Mike", „Kate". They pick the person they always go to. They tap an open slot on the calendar. If you require a deposit — they pay it online. They get the confirmation on WhatsApp. The booking is already in your system — and you haven't taken a single call.
How your team uses the system
Every person in the salon logs in with their own password. A team member (esthetician, hairdresser, lash artist, barber) sees only their own day calendar: who's coming, when, for what treatment. They don't see finances. They don't see what the rest of the team is doing. Reception — if you have one — sees everyone's calendar to take phone bookings, but can't access the till. You as the owner see absolutely everything: every calendar, the day's till, monthly reports, who changed what and when.

Couture Edition
Every plan includes a website with a ready-made design — Basic with one beautiful default, Pro and Premium with 3 designs to choose. They're beautiful, but the same design can also be picked by another salon.
If you want a website no one else has — we design it together from scratch. We choose with you the colors, typography, layout, space for your photos. If you wish, we also organize a photo session in your salon. The website is yours alone — no other salon in Europe has it.

The native „Book" button inside the Google Maps listing is offered by Google only to selected partners — we're not on that list yet (we're working on it).
We do it differently, and in practice just as effectively: in your salon's admin panel you'll find a ready-made link to your GlamPoise website along with step-by-step instructions for pasting it into the „Website" field of your Google Maps listing. Anyone who finds your salon on Maps and clicks that button lands straight in your booking form — no aggregator, no competitor next door.
Yes — the system is exactly the same. Each barber has their own calendar and login, the client picks a specific person and a specific service (e.g. „haircut + beard"), pays online or in shop. You name roles, services and stations however you want. Dynamic pricing works the same way for a haircut as it does for lashes.
No. Never. Your website is only your salon — your photos, your prices, your booking form. We don't show ads from other salons. We don't suggest „cheaper around the corner". This is the Anti-Poaching Policy — the foundation of GlamPoise.
The money lands the same day directly in your bank account — via Stripe, where you're the merchant. You don't wait 3–5 days on a middleman. We take 1% commission (min. €1 ex. VAT) plus the standard payment provider fee — the same one you'd pay on any card terminal. That part isn't extra markup from us, it's the Stripe fee.
Yes — during onboarding. A CSV file with names, phone numbers and (if you have it) visit history is enough. We help you prepare it. The first 50 salons on the waitlist get priority onboarding from the GlamPoise team.
No 12-month contracts. You pay month to month, you cancel in the panel with one click. Exporting your client database to CSV takes 30 seconds — that list is yours, even if you leave.
